The owners ,Ruth and Jeff,plus Brooke and the entire crew at Gulf Beaches Grooming are simply Amazing ! Friendly,Professional, and FUN! What a fantastic Spa experience for Mr. Chu, our 85 lb Golden, and myself !!! Golden Retrievers are not the easiest dog to groom properly, I was so pleased to learn that they have so much experience and training . We've taken our boy to 5 different groomers in the St Pete/Tampa Bay area and we've finally found the absolute Best! They did such a great job, I cannot recommend these people enough. Gulf Beaches Grooming has been our groomer for 3 generation of dogs. Before I started going to Gulf Beaches Grooming, my dogs hated going to the groomers and I was never sure if they were tranquilizing my dogs or not. I hated the way that the other groomers would keep my dogs in cages before and after they groomed them, and my dogs always started whining when we approached the door. Now my dogs actually get excited when we get close to the groomers shop! They love Louis and sometimes I think they love him more than they love us lol! I love the relaxed yet professional atmosphere and it always smells clean and fresh. Everyone there seems to genuinely enjoy being with the pets and of course the grooming is always of the best quality. Trust me when I tell you that you won't find a better place to get your pets groomed and cared for than Gulf Beaches Grooming LLC! ~ David T

Hands down Jeff is THE BEST groomer around!! We have been taking our Lhasa Poo and ShihTzu to him for years now and honestly don't have enough words to describe how great of a job he does. Not only do our girls look FABULOUS every time, they also are more calm than I ever thought would be possible (at least for our 13 year old Lhasa Poo). She always had massive anxiety with any other groomers I tried taking her to but she always walks in the door of Jeff's with her tail wagging! They both do! My dog (red border collie) weighs around 50 pounds, is at least 13 years old (a rescue so who really knows?), has had hip problems and recently a torn ACL. Other groomers have spent hours and hours grooming him since he has trouble standing still for so long. This seems stressful from my perspective. Plus I don’t have 2.5 hours to wait. I found Gulf Beaches is my area and they are a delight! They have a sturdy sling to help support my dog while they clean and trim him up. (Why don’t all groomers have this?) They finished quickly and life is good! We will be back and become regular clients. Thank you for caring for my sweet doggy. ~ Suzanne S

I love Gulf Beaches Grooming! More importantly my fur baby loves this place. She gets excited when we approach the door, knows by scent exactly where we are and that she gets to have her "spa time". I have used them for almost 2 years since I adopted my senior girl and have never had a poor or bad experience or grooming result for my baby girl. I've not had a dog that needed grooming before so I do not know if the price point is reasonable or not. They are located very close to me and as I said, my fur baby loves them, so I pay what I pay without complaint!! I highly recommend these guys! 😍😍❤️😍😍 ~ B T

Our baby Olie was groomed by Dessirea this past weekend, for his first grooming appointment, and she did a wonderful job cutting his unruly fur back! We so appreciate the effort she went to for his first appointment, as we know he is a bit excited (especially as a puppy!). I was so pleasantly surprised and thankful when we got him back. He looks fantastic and his fur definitely isn't picking up as many weeds and seeds from outside now. He smells great, his eye fur is in much better shape, too, as he needed that fur cut back so bad and I was so afraid of poking his eye lol!! He is just in much better shape all around. Wow times a million! This is the best groomer I have EVER used. Not only are Jeff and Ruth some of the sweetest people I have encountered since I moved to Madeira Beach, but they also did an excellent job with my 15 year-old Yorki. They listened to all my requests and made sure I was happy with the results before I left ... BUT! ... They didn't stop there ... They followed up with a telephone call a couple days later, and then a hand written thank you card in the mail! What!? Who does that anymore???! What an excellent finish to an already stellar job! I highly recommend Gulf Beach Grooming for your dog! The owners both are so sweet who genuinely care about taking great care of your dog. I chose this place because they had the best reviews and they sure do show their great performance. My small toy poodle had really bad nots in her hair and as a new poodle pet owner I wasn't sure how to get them out without hurting her. They took care of her and made her hair so fresh and beautiful I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great job and you'll be seeing me back very soon! ~ Caitlyn D

Our dog was their first client. I tried a couple other places prior to Gulf Beaches Grooming that I was not satisfied with. My dog tends to be anxious and he took to Jeff and the staff immediately. They treat him like one of their own and are always professional. They have competitive prices and a cute little boutique.. We take Augustus in every 6 weeks and he leaves with an impeccable cut. The staff did such a wonderful job. I have a Cavalier Spaniel and they are meant to have long silky hair. Well it is Florida and it doesn't always work. I requested for her to look like a baby rottweiler and I got just what I asked for. They asked several times to make sure it is really what I wanted since it is not the standard. Ruth also gave me a follow up call the next day to make sure that I was happy! Great customer service, great pricing and a great job! ~ Michelle D

Ruth and Jeff along with the staff are amazing!! We have a dog Peggy with an autoimmune disorder and they take such special care for her as well as my mom's dog Pia who is fragile herself. The place is beautiful and spotless clean. I love the the fact that they focus on a couple dogs at a time in order to not have cages..So loving with a family atmosphere. We never wait longer than an hour and a half. We truly love Gulf Beaches Grooming and would recommend these loving people to everyone ❤ ~ Kara M

Jeff is so awesome. We have a cocker "Charlie" that always had shoulder problems after grooming. Well not with Jeff. He still hates being groomed but can walk after. It's awesome because the dog gets full attention no cages, they only take appointments for one dog at a time. In and out in 1 1/2 hours. Charlie looks amazing and it's the best place in town. Jeff was great with my cat, Neka! He groomed her and gave her a cut and she was not cooperative. Jeff was so sweet to her, and made her calm. Most places have multiple people handle your furry family member - one person bathes, another person dries, and yet another person clips ... and so on. We are very happy with this groomer. They are very friendly and do a great job. Our golden is five years old and we love that she comes back looking and feeling like a puppy again. Since it is so hot in Florida and she is constantly swimming, the shorter hair is definitely best for her. Helps keep her cool and less smelly! For a bath, hair cut and nail cut for a medium size retriever, it costs $65. Well worth the cost to do every 3-4 months. ~ Sarah K

This groomer is the absolute best! We have a golden doodle and have been to many groomers trying to find someone that would not “poodle my doodle” and finally found Gulf Beaches Groomer 🙌🏼. They nail it every single time —even when she needs a close cut; they still get it right! In addition, they treat our Rosie wonderfully. So friendly! They did amazing!!! Our puppy looks soo cute and happy after her visit! She was very stinky, matted and had soo much yard debris before her visit. After her visit she is like a whole new puppy. This was my Athena’s first time at Gulf Beaches Grooming, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. At other groomers, I’d always hear her barking nonstop at pickup, but this time I walked into a calm, quiet environment. She came back happy and relaxed. Jeff has been grooming our dog Cooper since he was a puppy. Cooper loves to go see him! Jeff is extremely professional, personal, and provides excellent service! We wouldn't bring our dog to anyone else. He treats Cooper how we would-It's like his second home. I never worry about our dog when he's dropped off. The best and cage free I hate the thought of my owendoodle being trapped in a cage. Jeff is AWESOME. One day I was picking Owen up and it was pouring down rain and he carried my labradoodle To my Jeep so I wouldn’t get wet and Owen would stay clean. We have had so many great experiences with Gulf Beaches Grooming! Our cat Stan has regular visits to be groomed and we couldn't be more pleased. His nails are always trimmed just the right length and he smells so good when he comes home after his bath.
